We went ashore on James Island and walked over to a lava beach which was rich with inlets and pools. We saw James Island Fur Seals fighting for space on the rocky ledges out of the sun, saw small pools full of snails and their eggs, and found one small sea lion cruising round a tiny inlet.
On Sunday afternoon we sailed along Floreana Island and were entertained by a school of dolphins playing under the ship's bow. Later we went along the shore in the dinghy to see the Penguins.
